Unfortunately, my experience at Reside Noma was quite disappointing. I found the check-in process to be problematic when I received my room access code only hours before arrival, leaving me scrambling at the last minute. Additionally, the neighborhood felt uncomfortable at night due to the presence of some unsavory individuals, which made me hesitant to explore the area after dark.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

Limited parking availability can pose challenges, since guests have to rely on street parking without dedicated spots.

During my three-night stay, I was really impressed by the in-room facilities and the spacious layout of the apartment. It's located conveniently close to attractions like the National Gallery of Art and the National Mall, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did have a few concerns. the neighborhood wasn't as inviting due to some homeless individuals around, which made me hesitant to walk at night.

also, the gym was boiling at 72ºF, making it impossible to workout comfortably. I almost considered writing a positive review, but when i asked for some assistance with these issues, i received a mere shrug instead of service. just rude!

There was a cockroach in the kitchen sink, which was concerning. I didn’t feel supported in dealing with the issue, as the response to my concerns felt lackluster. The neighborhood had some unsightly elements, like individuals under the influence and beggars near the back alley, which raised some caution when walking outside at night.

It was just a prime choice for a weekend outing in Washington with fantastic value for money. The washer & dryer in the room was super convenient for freshening up laundry. Try to get a room on an upper level for more comfort at night.
